The Best Beauty Moments from SS26 Fashion Week
On Spring/Summer 2026 runways, impactful beauty details are just as important as the collections themselves. From Luar‘s carnival-inspired glam to Ashley Williams sending Starface pimple patches down the runway, there is no shortage of innovative beauty moments at New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week. Not only are these beauty looks an integral part of the season’s most influential shows, they’re also a way to forecast all of the up-and-coming beauty trends that we’ll soon be striving for.
Ahead, we track down all of the noteworthy beauty moments from the SS26 season. Because although fashion month might be all about the garments — makeup, hair and nails will always be a core part of the festivities.
Sinead Gorey’s Rave Glow
Makeup artist Aoife Cullen created looks inspired by “the glow and dreaminess after a night out” for Sinead Gorey‘s SS26 show at London Fashion Week. Using GODMODE products, models championed glowy eye looks and smudged lip combos in honor of raving culture.
Leo Prothmann’s Goddess-Inspired Eye Looks
Drawing inspiration from Greek Earth Goddess, Gaia — Leo Prothmann‘s SS26 show merged tradition with innovation. For the glam, Andrew Gallimore and MAC Cosmetics pulled off smokey, face wrapping shadow looks and bitten lips to match.
Simone Rocha’s Bold Lip Combos
At Simone Rocha‘s SS26 show, models sported lip looks featuring “sweet dream” motifs and petal silhouettes. Dreamed up by makeup artist Thomas de Kluyver and Byredo, the lip combos speak to the collection’s elevated, yet classically feminine aura.
Dreaming Eli’s Spider Lashes
Dreaming Eli‘s SS26 collection at London Fashion Week did not skimp on lash drama. The glam, executed by Carly Utting and MAC Cosmetics, featured glowy skin, “love drunk” blush and wild lashes for a lived-in look.
Ashley Williams’ Pimple Patch Face Decorations
Long before they made their runway debut, Starface‘s signature pimple patches were a symbol of cool girl skincare routines. At London Fashion Week, Ashley Williams‘ SS26 show relied on the brand’s new Tiny Star patches to emphasize the show’s theme of “systems of care and contentment.”
Luar’s Carnival Glam
Luar’s SS26 collection drew inspiration from carnival — so naturally, the brand brought top-notch carnival-inspired beauty details. From maximalist feather nails to cobalt blue cut creases and extravagant feather hair pieces, Luar delivered what head makeup artist Andrew Dahling calls carnival meets Galliano.
Eckhaus Latta’s Skincare Accessories
At NYFW, skincare is just as essential as the makeup looks themselves. At Eckhaus Latta SS26, the brand tapped cult-favorite skincare brand Dieux to dream up limited-edition eye masks inspired by the collection. Not only did the show’s models walk the runway wearing the skincare staple, Isamaya Ffrench completed the glam with white lashes inspired by the celestial theme.
Kim Shui’s Bedazzled “K” Nails
In addition to sultry glam completed by head makeup artist Romero Jennings, Kim Shui also sent maximalist “K” initial nails down the runway. Brought to life by Sojin Oh, the nail looks featured tons of blingy details and Y2K-inspired silhouettes to round out the beauty looks.
Elena Velez’s Apocalyptic Makeup Looks
For Elena Velez‘s SS26 show at New York Fashion Week, models sported vagabond-esque makeup looks inspired by coal mines and the dust bowl era. While other shows had rigid guidelines for each makeup look, Elena Velez leaned into the chaotic vibes of the collection with haphazardly smudged eye looks, ghostly grey contour and bright white lashes.
