Spring/Summer 2024 Fashion Trends
Since Spring will pretty much be here before we know it, it’s time to finally switch out our wardrobes. Goodbye coats and hello shorts, sandals, and all things warm weather. And while we’re doing this, why not check out all the newness that the 2024 Spring/Summer runways showed us? Let’s get ready to embrace low-rise pants and micro-mini shorts (I mean, have you seen Hailey Bieber kill this look?), floor length fringe, and so. Much. More. Keep scrolling for five major spring/summer fashion trends because it’s never too soon to start planning!
Fringe
Fringe is one of those trends that keeps coming back, so this resurgence wasn’t at all surprising. However, this latest vibe is everything. I mean, crystal fringe? It’s just too good.
No Pants
Who wears short-shorts? (As in so short, they’re actually basically bikini bottoms?) We do, duh. Shorts are shorter than ever before and so you def should follow suit with some no-pants looks. It’s what the people want!
Sweats All Day
Who doesn’t love a good sweatshirt moment? Designers have showed us how to pair our favorite loungewear with our day-to-day outfits. Basically, we’re never taking our sweats off. Call it pandemic fashion but for public slay.
Peplum
Yes, peplum is truly back. (I know, I’m thinking about my fave peplum top I wore in the 2010s, too.) Designers took this throwback style and focused on exaggerated hip moments to make it feel new. Watch out, world—we’re grown now.
Low Rises
Whether you love it or hate it, we have to break the news—low-rise waists have officially made their way back into the trend cycle. Prepare yourself now.
