For me, the ultimate cozy game is Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Nintendo’s Animal Crossing series coined the term “cozy game” and has inspired so many other games in the life sim genre. It’s a classic! There’s something so relaxing about opening this game for a break from the chaos of the world and just escaping into your game’s island. The farming, fishing, bug-catching, decorating, and seasonal events are so fun! Even beyond the nostalgia, there’s just something about the overall vibe of playing this game that is a true comfort every time you play.

You play as Tara Wylde, and just when you think you know what’s going to happen next in her story, it takes you by surprise, always making you wonder what’s around the corner. Whether it’s taking care of your adorable animals and farm, crafting in your tool shed, keeping up with the latest town gossip, or brewing up a storm at your cauldron, Wylde Flowers will hold a special place in your heart.

Glamnetic’s new Fright Night Collection is perfect for anyone embracing their inner witch. The fall-inspired nails especially make me think of autumn harvest time in Wylde Flowers when the season changes. For those who prefer the dark side, there are plenty of spooky options, too! I am obsessed with the “Peek-O-Lantern” nail design for spooky season! P.S. If any press-ons could last through running a farm in real life, it’s Glamnetic.

Sunblink’s Hello Kitty Island Adventure is an adorable game that lets you hang out with your favorite Sanrio characters on a tropical island. The quests are so much fun, and I had an absolute blast just exploring the massive map in this open-world game. You can even explore underwater as a mermaid! You’ll never run out of fun things to do, and the seasonal events keep me coming back for more.

Medicube Booster Pro Kuromi Edition

Since discovering Medicube, my skin has never looked better, so I was thrilled when I saw that they did a Kuromi collaboration! This little purple device may look cute, but it’s a powerhouse in performance. With four devices in one, this is truly worth it for the value (plus the cute accessories that come with the special edition). I absolutely love their Cica Sheet Masks; I’ll use one as directed, then use my Booster Pro device on booster mode for a glass skin look. I cannot recommend it enough!

The witty dialogue really sets it apart and adds to the enjoyment of the hilarious characters while you play. From start to finish, the game mechanics allow you to progress through each of your lives in the story without ever feeling overwhelmed by any new development. The graphics are stunning, the crafting mini games are a blast, and there’s always something fun to do!

FANTASY LIFE i’s graphics really have that wow factor, but especially when played with the Arzopa’s new portable gaming monitor. It’s great for when you want to play on your portable gaming console in bed but need a bigger screen. Every detail is crisp, and the colors look fantastic. What shocked me the most was how amazing the speakers on this monitor are. I found myself blown away by the full sound coming out of such a compact device!

Wētā Workshop’s Tales Of The Shire is a wonderfully cozy game that focuses on friendship. It’s perfect for the fantasy lover or Lord Of The Rings fan who just wants to relax in The Shire. Throw a dinner party to make a new friend in The Shire, or neglect them and watch them turn into grumps! The scenery and world are so cozy, and the game gets even more fun after you finish the main story. I especially love the cooking mechanics, which allow you to change the flavor of a dish depending on your different preparations of the same ingredient, just like in real life!
