What you won’t wanna miss at Men’s Milan Fashion Week

If you don’t know what’s going down this Milan Men’s Fashion Week, get to know. The annual event kicks off this Friday June 14th and will see some of fashion’s heavy hitters – including the likes of Prada, FENDI, Dolce & Gabbana, and more – arrive in the Italian city to show their latest Menswear collections. We’ve rounded up some of the shows on the Milan Men’s Fashion Week schedule that you won’t want to miss, recapping what we saw last season ahead of SS25.

Friday June 14th

Moschino: 16:00 EST

Moschino’s in its refined era, and we’re excited to see more. Last season, Moschino welcomed Creative Director, Adrian Appiolaza, and entered a new era of relaxed, confident refinement, exiting the era of bold excess it’s come to be known for. With its next Menswear show kicking off at 16:00 EST on Friday, we’re wondering if Appiolaza will follow the same theme at SS25 or change things up again?

Dsquared2: 20:00 EST

Dsquared2 brought dirt, drag, and drama to its FW24 show, which left us wondering how its planning to top that… The co-ed collection which was as typically dirty, sexy, and daring as we expect from Dsquared2 featured a casual array of denim jackets turned into black blazers, mud-stained shorts as sequined-emblazoned straight trousers, and black leather and faux-fur trimmed hooded dresses, alongside Dean Caten closing in drag. Showing at 20:00 EST this Friday, we’ll be tuning in fs.

Saturday June 15th

MSGM: 11:00 EST

MSGM is Milan Fashion Week’s wild card, sometimes offering playful collections filled with ruffles and other times presenting more muted looks with a heavy emphasis on the tailoring. At FW24 , we kind of saw a blend of both, with tailored fits and oversized knits appearing in a mix of understated and bold shades. The result is that MSGM’s SS25 show, at 11:00 EST on Saturday, will come as a surprise.

Dolce & Gabbana: 12:30 EST

Dolce & Gabbana’s loud luxury is set to show at Milan Fashion Week at 12:30 EST on Saturday, injecting the city with a dose of its overtly glamorous aesthetic. The brand’s fiercely feminine style usually translates into some iconic menswear fits, so we’re looking forward to seeing what D&G brings this season.

FENDI: 14:30 EST

FENDI©

At FW24, Creative Director Silvia Venturini showed a FENDI collection at Men’s Milan FW that was an ode to the old money countryside blokes. Featuring classic tailoring, traditional Italian silhouettes, and its usual array of chic and timeless accessories. This Saturday at 14:30 EST, we’ll find out if FENDI’s still serving “Saltburn”s old money aesthetic, or if it’s moved onto the next trend.

JORDANLUCA: 16:00 EST

JORDANLUCA’s FW24 show was a birthday bash complete with smiley face balloons, insane hairstyles, and Andreas Kronthaler on the guest list (and runway).  Blending the English and Italian roots of its founders, the brand always references to a mixture of aesthetics, dancing between British punk and Italian refinement. Whether we’ll get another club-ready collection or something more “everyday” at SS25, stay tuned to find out.

Emporio Armani: 19:00 EST

Emporio Armani’s FW24 Womenswear brought wool knits, fur coats, and a pop of red to its runway. So, we’re wondering whether its SS25 Menswear collection will follow the same aesthetic? Known for its elegant ready-to-wear and luxury leather goods, this is definitely a show to keep on your radar.

Sunday June 16th

Magliano: 12:00 EST

LVMH Prize winner, Luca Magliano is known for his understated use of draping, neutral tones, and wearable silhouettes. His namesake label brought all that and more to the runway at FW24, with casual hoodies, low-rise belts, and an array of coloured knits making an appearance. For wearable yet elevated Menswear, tune into Magliano SS25 at 12:00 EST this Sunday.

Prada: 14:00 EST

Prada©

Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons – fashion’s most loved design duo – will bring more of its blend of elevated tailoring and pops of playfulness to the runway on Sunday at 14:00 EST. We’ve seen Prada runways covered in slime, and in an office hosted on top of a terrarium, so who knows where the show will be hosted at SS25… more of the same, or an intriguing new destination? Tune in to find out.

Martine Rose: 15:00 EST

Croydon-born, Jamaican-bred, and Milan-showing (since last season), Martine Rose’s multi-cultural collections always bring a vibrant edge to Men’s Fashion Month, and we’re expecting SS25 to be no different. Keep an eye out for Martine Rose’s SS25 collection, showing at 15:00 EST.

JW ANDERSON: 16th June, 19:00 EST

Jonathan Anderson’s collections are always bold, always fun, and always feature some pretty wacky looks, from skateboard jumpers to frog-shapes shoes. Come for JW Anderson’s elevated design style and stay for his hilarious takes on pigeon bags, this Sunday at 19:00 EST.

Monday June 17th

Giorgio Armani: 10:00 EST

Giorgio Armani©

Giorgio Armani’s last menswear collection offered up nonchalant tailoring, puffered outerwear, textured knitwear, and elevated sweatsuit sets. Known for its refined yet laid back approach to men’s fashion, we’re looking forward to seeing more from the brand at 10:00 EST on Monday next week – the last show to get on your Men’s Fashion Week radar… until Paris kicks off.
